Lovely decor, great kitchen. Instant hot water and good water pressure. Good breakfast with flexible timing. Great location in Recoleta. Helpful staff with 24/7 reception. Free luggage storage. Provides shampoo and shower gel.

Convenient location for sightseeing, with good breakfast options. Colorful and cool hang-out spot. Upgraded to a quiet 4 bed dorm room. Friendly staff provided local information. Ongoing renovations did not bother us. a great little hostel with lovely decor, well-equipped kitchen, small showers but hot water and good pressure. Good breakfast timing. Great security and 24-hour reception. Valued free luggage storage. Cash payments.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, with small touches like a kettle and microwave in the kitchen, which are not always found in South America. The location of this hotel is superb, right in the heart of the Recoleta neighborhood, surrounded by wooden bars and in close proximity to the capital. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

I stayed in a comfortable private room right to the wooden bars in a great area of the city. The room had lovely decor, high ceilings and beautiful tiled floors. The staff, especially Paula, were helpful and friendly. The hostel had good security, 24-hour reception, and free luggage storage. The location was fantastic, close to a new mall and cemetery, with train and other attractions just a short walk away. The hostel provided maps and information on what to do in the city.
The noise from the open-air smoking area in the courtyard was bothersome at times.
